外伤性眼前房出血142例临床分析

目的探讨不同程度外伤性眼前房出血的临床治疗方法。方法对2004年2月至2011年6月收治的外伤性眼前房出血142例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果Ⅰ级眼前房出血平均吸收时间2.98±0.20 d,Ⅱ级眼前房出血平均吸收时间6.84±0.60 d,Ⅲ级眼前房出血平均吸收时间12.88±1.40 d;89例Ⅰ级、24例Ⅱ级和8例Ⅲ级患者经过治疗视力完全恢复到损伤前的水平,5例Ⅱ级患者视力下降0.1～0.3,2例Ⅱ级患者视力下降0.3～0.5;经过治疗22例Ⅲ级患者中8例患者视力完全恢复到损伤前的水平,4例患者视力下降0.1～0.3,7例患者视力下降0.3～0.5,3例患者视力下降0.5以上。结论对于外伤性眼前房出血采取及时、正确的治疗,防止再出血及并发症是治疗成功的关键。

Clinical analysis on treatment of 142 patients with traumatic hyphema

Objective To explore various therapeutic measures for treatment of traumatic hyphema according to its different grades.Methods The clinical data of 142 patients with traumatic hyphema during February 2004 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The average duration for absorbing blood in patients with grade Ⅰhyphema was 2.98 ± 0.20 d,it was 6.84±0.60 d in patients with grade II hyphema and it was 12.88±1.40 d in patients with grade III hyphema.Eighty nine cases of grade I,24 cases of grade Ⅱ and 8 cases of grade Ⅲ obtained good recovery of vision after treatment.The vision in remaining 5 cases and 2 cases of grade II had been decreased for 0.1~ 0.3 and 0.3~0.5 respectively.The vision in 8 of 22 cases of grade Ⅲ recovered to their previous level before trauma after treatment,the vision of 4 cases was decreased for 0.1~0.3,7 cases was decreased for 0.3~0.5 and 3 cases decreased more than 0.5 after treatment.Conclusion Treatment on time and prevention of the recurrence of bleeding and other complications are critical points for successful treatment of traumatic hyphema.
