辨证论治糖尿病合并高血压患者的治疗效果及安全性分析

目的探讨中药辨证论治糖尿病合并高血压患者的治疗效果及安全性。方法将80例经临床诊断为糖尿病合并高血压患者按照抽签方法随机地均分为对照组与观察组,各为40例。对照组采用常规的西医降压、降糖治疗,观察组在此基础上采用中药辨证治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血压及血糖水平变化、不良反应发生率。结果 1对照组临床治疗总有效率为80.00%,显著低于观察组（97.50%）（P〈0.05）;2两组治疗前后血压及空腹血糖水平差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且两组治疗后收缩压及空腹血糖水平差异也均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;3治疗过程中,两组均出现口干、头痛、肢体麻木、口唇紫暗及便秘等不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为17.50%,观察组为12.50%,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论中药辨证论治糖尿病合并高血压患者的治疗效果显著,安全性相对较高,值得在临床上加以推广并应用。

Analysis of Effect and Safty on Diabetic Patients With Hypertension by Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine treatment in diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods According to balloting,80 patients with clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was received conventional Western medicine anti-hypertensive anti-diabetic treatment while the observation group was given Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment on basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,blood pressure and blood sugar levels,incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results1 In the control group,clinical total effective rate was 80. 00%,which was significantly lower than the observation group（97. 50%）（P〈0. 05）; 2blood pressure and fasting glucose levels in both groups before and after treatment were statistically significant differences（P〈0. 05）,also,the systolic blood pressure and fasting glucose levels in 2 groups after treatment were statistically significant differences（P〈0. 05）; 3During treatment,adverse reactions appeared,such as dry mouth,headache,numbness,dark purple lips and constipation,in both groups. The incidence of adverse reactions in control group was 17. 50%,while was 12. 50% in observation group. There was no significant difference in both groups（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment effect and security of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment on diabetic patients with hypertension was significant which was worth to be promoted and applied in clinical.
