| 摘 要： | 目的分析异烟肼静脉注射联合其他一线抗结核药治疗活动性肺结核的效果。方法随机对120例活动性肺结核强化期分组采用口服异烟肼和静脉注射异烟肼联合其他抗痨药物所取得的疗效作对比分析。结果对活动性肺结核强化期采用静脉注射异烟肼治疗能较好控制病情，减少并发症，对痰菌阴转等有较好的效果，比强化期口服异烟肼的病人具有更好的疗效。结论强化期采用静脉注射异烟肼对治疗活动性肺结核具有较好的效果。
