休克过程血气和pH值的动态变化

摘    要:测定家兔失血性休克和肠系膜上动脉闭塞性休克(Superior mesenteric artery occlusion shock,SMAO休克)时的股动脉以及肠、肝和肾静脉的血气和pH值的动态变化,结果发现:休克早期都有明显呼吸代偿,动脉血氧分压升高;SMAO休克30min就出现严重代谢性酸中毒,肠和肝组织对氧利用障碍,腹腔脏器血液循环呈淤血性缺氧状态,SMAO休克90min上述病理变化加重,13例动物死亡5例;而失血性休克组10例动物上述变化明显变轻,休克90min时动物全部存活。

Abstract:This article deals with the measurement of the gases and pH in the femoral arterial blood, the intestinal venous blood, the hepatic venous blood and the renal venous blood in 23 rabbits during SMAO shock and hemorrhagic shock. The results showed that the pulmonary ventilation was increased. PO_2 in the arterial blood raised during the early stage of hemorrhagic shock and SMAO shock. In the early stage of SMAO shock, serious metabolic acidosis appeared. Meanwhile, the utilization of oxygen in the intestinal tissue and the hepatic tissue were decreased. Splanchnic circulations were in stagnant hypoxia. The pathological processes further developed during the late stage of SMAO shock. The animal death rate was 5/13 at 90 minutes after shock. The pathological processes mentioned above were slight during the hemorrhagic shock. All animal survived at 90 minutes after shock.
