大剂量胸腺肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨大剂量胸腺肽在治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎中的作用。方法：观察４１例应用胸腺肽与２６例未用胸腺肽的慢性性乙型肝炎患者谷丙转氨酶与血清学ＨＢＶ标志物的变化，两组对比并用Ｘ＾２检验处理检测结果。结果：治疗组患者ＨＢｅＡｇ、ＨＢｃ－ＩｇＭ、ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ的转阴率与对照组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１或Ｐ〈０．００１）。结论：大剂量胸腺肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者，ＨＢｅＡｇ、ＨＢｃ－ＩｇＭ转阴效果较好，对

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTIVENESS OF LARGE DOSE OF THYMOPEPTIDE ON HEPATITIS B

Objective:To inquire into the effectiveness of large dose of thymopeptide on chronic hepatitis B.Methods:41 cases of chronic hepatitis B were treated with thymopeptide in large dose (therapeutic group),and another 26 same ca- ses with no treatment of thymopeptide were collected as control.The changes of GPT and serological markers of HBV after the treatment were determined and compared.Results:Of the therapeutic group,the negative-transforming rates of HBeAg,HBc-IgM and HBV-DNA were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:When the chronic hepatitis B were treated with thymopeptide in large dose,the negative-transforming effectiveness of the thymopeptide on the HBeAg and HBc-IgM is ideal,and the effectiveness is also fair on the HBV-DNA.The treatment also can keep the GPT at normal level for a long time.
