血清CEA、CA19-9和CA242在诊断结直肠癌患者的临床价值

目的检测结直肠癌患者手术前的血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原19-9（CA19-9）和肿瘤标记CA242水平,以探讨其对结直肠癌的诊断价值。方法应用电化学发光法检测100例结直肠癌患者和30例结直肠良性疾病患者的CEA、CA19-9和CA242水平。结果结直肠癌患者血清CEA、CA19-9和CA242含量明显高于良性对照组（P〈0.05）;血清CEA、CA19-9、CA242浓度在结直肠癌Duke’s临床分期中,存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）,升高程度为Duke’s分期D〉C〉B〉A;不同分化程度的肿瘤血清CEA、CA19-9、CA242浓度变化存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）,分化程度越高,CA19-9、CA242水平越低,CEA越高。结论CEA、CA19-9和CA242可作为结直肠癌患者临床分期的补充及手术方式选择的参考依据。

Clinical diagnostic value of determination of serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA242 levels in patients with colo-rectal cancer

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of determination of serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA242 levels in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Serum levels of CEA,CA19-9 and CA242 in 100 cases of colorectal carcinomas and 30 cases of benign colorectal diseases were determined by using electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA).Results The results showed that the serum levels of CEA,CA19-9 and CA242 were significantly higher in the colorectal carcinoma group than those in the benign colorectal diseases group(P<0.01).Serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA242 levels increased significantly as the disease stage advanced from Duke A through Duke D. As the malignancy of the growth advanced from well-differentiated to anaplastic,the serum CA19-9 and CA242 levels increased significantly while the reverse was true for serum CEA level.Conclusion Serum CEA CA19-9 and CA242 levels were closely related to the disease process in patients with colo-rectal cancer,which maybe helpful to diagnose colo-rectal cancer.
