米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕加服复方益母草膏临床分析

目的：探讨米非司酮（Ｒｕ４８６）配伍米索前列醇（米索）抗早孕加服复方益母草膏的作用。方法：对４０例孕７周内的妇女在２ｄ内服Ｒｕ４８６，１５０ｍｇ，３ｄ晨服米索６００ｕｇ，ｄ４服复方益母草膏３０ｇ，每日２次，共服５ｄ。观察流产后止血效果。结果：观察组完全流产后阴道出血７ｄ内干净占４２．１％，对照组１２．５％（Ｐ〈０．０１），出血量少于１０ｍｌ者分别为７１％，３７．８％（Ｐ〈０．０５）。两组对比，出血

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF TERMINATION OF EARLY PREGNANCY BY TAKING ORALLY MIFEPRISTONE COADMINISTERED WITH MISOPROSTOL TABLETS ADDING MOTHERWORT COMPOUND

Objective:To discuss the effect of adding motherwort compound to decrease bleeding time and bleeding quantity when terminating early pregnancy by taking mifepristone (Ru486) coadministered with misoprostol tablets Methods:We treated 40 pregnant women within 7 weeks.The pregnant were asked to take 150mg mifeprostone (Ru486) for the first 2 days,600ug misopristol tablets on the morning of the third day,and from the fourth day,30g motherwort compound each time,twice a day for five days.We observed the effect of stopping bleeding after abortion.Results:After completing abortion,42 1% of the pregnant stop vagina bleeding completely in seven days while only 13 5% (P<0.01) in the compared group.The percentage of those bleeding less than 100ml is 71% while in the compared group 37 8% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding motherwort compound to mifepristone (Ru486) coadministered with misoprotol tablets in termination of early pregnancy shows the clinical value of effect and convenience.
