| 摘 要： | 细胞粘附分子是一类重要的膜表面蛋白,参与机体多种生理功能。该文从粘附分子与肿瘤转移的过程,较全面的阐述了粘附分子与肿瘤转移的关系,为深入研究粘附分子在肿瘤转移过程的作用,开发肿瘤治疗新思路提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract: | Cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) are the key cellular molecules, which mediates many biologic actions such as cell-cell recognition, cell-matrix adhesion and in early vertebrate embryos. The relationship between CAMs and tumor metastasis is reviewed in this article, as well as the important role of CAMs during tumor progress. And it gives us the theoretical base for new pathways of cancer treatment. |
