坚固内固定治疗颌面部骨折46例临床应用

目的:应用坚固内固定治疗颌面部骨折.方法:从1998～2004年收治46例颌面部骨折,进行切开复位、微型及小型钛板固定,对上下颌复合型骨折患者辅以颌间牵引及颅颌固定.结果:45例为1期愈合,1例延期愈合,44例术后恢复咬合关系,2例出现局部咬合不良.结论:钛板坚固内固定具有良好的骨亲和性及生物相容性,对位精确,固定稳固,有利于骨折的愈合和功能恢复.

Clinical application of maxillofacial fracture with rigid internal fixation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of rigid internal fixation in patients with maxillofacial fracture. Methods Forty-six patients with maxillofacial fracture from 1998 to 2004 in our hospital were enrolled, and they were treated with open reduction and titanium microplate or miniplate fixation. Intermaxillary traction and craniomaxilo fixation were performed as an adjuvant therapy for patients with compound maxillary and mandibular fractures. Results Forty-five patients recoverd in period I, only 1 patients resulted in delayed healing. Forty-four patients restored occlusive relationship, 2 patients developed local occlusive dysfunction. Conclusion Rigid internal fixation with titanium miniplate has the property of bony affinity and biocompatibility with accurate paraposition and stable fixation. It's an effective option for the healing of the fractures and functional recovery.
