高血压病危险因素的研究及护理对策

[目的 ]研究高血压病的危险因素。 [方法 ]将 2 0 0 2年合肥市干部健康体检中诊断为高血压病的793例病人作为试验组。在无高血压者中随机抽取 10 45人作为对照组 ,对年龄、性别、体重指数 (BMI)、空腹血糖 (FBG)、血脂、吸烟等因素进行比较研究。 [结果 ] 6946例被检人群中高血压患病率随年龄增加而增高 ,至 80岁以上有所下降 ,以61岁～ 80岁组最高 ,为 2 1.7%。男性高于女性。两组年龄、性别、体重指数、血糖、三酰甘油存在统计学差异 ,而胆固醇、吸烟史、高密度脂蛋白两组差异无统计学意义。 [结论 ]超重和肥胖、血糖异常、高三酰甘油血症是高血压病的危险因素。

A study on risk factors of patients with hypertension and its nursing countermeasures

Objective:to investigate the risk factors of patients with hypertension. Method: a total of 793 patients with hypertension were selected as subjects in test group, who were diagnosed during health examination of cadres in Hefei city in 2002. And a total of 1 045 normal individuals were selected randomly as control group. Then factors including age, sex, body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose (FBG), blood lipids and smoking of the subjects in both groups were compared with each other. Result: it showed that the older people are, the more likely they get hypertension. The morbidity of hypertension would not decline until people are beyond 80 years of age. And the peak age of hypertension is ranged from 61 to 80, which accounted for 21.7%. The morbidity of hypertension is higher in male than that in female.There is a statistic difference in age, sex, BMI, blood glucose and triglyceride in the subjects of both groups. While there were no differences in terms of serum cholesterol, does he or she smoke or not and HDL in both groups subjects. Conclusion:it showed that the risk factors of hypertension are overweight, obesity, abnormal blood glucose and hypertriglyceridemia.
