深圳福田区社区高血压病及其相关危险因素流行病学调查

目的探讨深圳福田区社区居民高血压病及主要危险因素的现状,为社区高血压病社区综合防治的实施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方式,对深圳福田区社区20岁以上常住居民的高血压病及主要危险因素进行调查。结果深圳福田区社区成人高血压病的患病率为9.0%,不良行为习惯和不良患病行为方面:吸烟率为20.9%、饮酒率为26.8%、不规律饮食率为76.1%、饮食嗜咸率为35.2%、从不参加体育锻炼率为45.1%、从来没有测过血压率为11.0%;多因素Logistic回归分析显示:饮酒情况(OR=1.509)、缺乏体育锻炼(OR=1.475)和无定期测量血压(OR=0.633)是深圳福田区社区成人高血压病的主要影响因素。结论深圳福田区社区成人高血压病的患病率一般,而不良行为习惯较高,应加强健康教育,提倡健康的卫生行为和生活习惯,积极开展社区卫生服务,将有利于城区居民健康水平的提高。

EPIDEMIOLOGIC INVESTIGATION OF THE STATUS OF HYPERTENSION AND ITS' RISK FACTORS AMONG ADULTS IN FUTIAN DISTRICT COMMUNITY OF SHENZHEN CITY

Objective To investigate status of hypertension and its＇ risk factors among adults in Futian district of Shenzhen city and provide evidences for health care policy making.Methods 1 202 adults in Futian district of Shenzhen city were investigated about status of hypertension and its affecting factors.Results 9.0% adults suffered from hypertension.The rate of smoking,drinking,inordinate dieting,salted dieting,lacking exercise,lacking blood pressure examination were 20.9%,26.8%,76.1%,35.2%,45.1% and 11.0% respectively.Multi-variable Logistic regression analyses show that drinking （OR=1.509）,lacking sport exercise （OR=1.475） and blood pressure examination timely （OR=0.633） were the main affecting factors for hypertension in Futian district of Shenzhen city. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension is moderate in adults of Futian district of Shenzhen city but the rate of unhealthy behavior habit is high.Strengthen health education,advocate healthy behavior and lifestyle as well as actively develop community health service will help to elevate the health level of urban residents.
