蓝科肤宁与他克莫司治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察及经济评价

目的：对蓝科肤宁、他克莫司两种药物治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的治疗方案进行疗效观察及经济评价。方法：78例患者随机分为蓝科肤宁组和他克莫司组。蓝科肤宁组患者采用蓝科肤宁湿敷，每次20min，每日3次，疗程为4周；他克莫司组外用0．1％他克莫司软膏，每天2次，疗程为4周。在治疗后期，当两组患者皮肤出现干燥、脱屑、瘙痒时，配合使用维E乳膏等保湿剂。治疗结束后比较症状、体征的改善情况。结果：疗程结束后两组患者的红斑、脱屑、瘙痒等症状均有明显改善，用药1周后．单用他克莫司软膏治疗组疗效优于蓝科肤宁组（P〈0．05），4周后两组疗效无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。蓝科肤宁、他克莫司组的总药费分别为720．0元和883．8元，有效率每增加1个百分点，蓝科肤宁组比他克莫司组节省2．3元。结论：在两组治疗效果无明显差异的情况下，科学的评价进口和国产药品，因人而宜地选择合适的治疗方法。

Clinical Efficacy and Economic Analysis of Velvetfeeling versus Tacrolimus Ointment for Corticosteroid-dependent Dermatitis

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and economic analysis of velveffeeling and tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis. Methods： 78 Patients were divided into 2 groups randomly, one group was treated with velveffeeling, the other group was treated with tacrolimus ointment. The velveffeeling group was adopted hydropathic compress for 20 minutes a time, 3 times a day. The total course of treatment was 4 weeks. The taerolimus group was treated with taerolimus ointment 2 times a day for 4 weeks. During the post-treatment, the patients might use vitamin E cream to relieve some sympotoms like dry, peeling and pruritus. After the treatment, the treatment efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results： After the treatment, the symptoms of 2 groups improved obviously. The curative effect of the taerolimus group was better than that of the velveffeeling group in the first week （P 〈 0.05）, but there was no difference between the two groups 4 weeks later （P 〉 0.05）. The total costs were 720.0 yuan （the velveffeeling group） and 883.8 yuan （the tacrolimus group） respectively. The cost in the velveffeeling group was 2.3 yuan lower than that in the tacrolimus group for every one percent increment of the effective rate. Conclusion： In the treatment of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis, there is no difference between the two groups in curative effect. We should evaluate the imported and domestic drugs scientifically and choose a suitable treatment according to every patient＇s situation.
