大连市中山区2004年常规免疫接种率报告情况评价

目的]为了客观评价大连市中山区常规免疫接种率的报告情况,真实反映接种率水平,及时掌握常规免疫接种中存在的问题。方法]采用差值(D)和比值(R)评价法,对2002~2004年计划免疫相关资料进行综合分析。结果]2004年全区OPV、DPT、MV、HBV的报告接种率分别为99.9%、99.9%、99.5%、99.8%,而4种疫苗的估算接种率分别为142.8%、135.1%、110.5%、141.2%,发现这是由于2003、2004年新生儿出生数差距过大造成的。结论]提示在使用D值、R值评价接种率时,必须要考虑接种程序相对应月份的新生儿数及流动儿童数等有关因素共同评价。

Evaluation on Inoculation Rate of Routine Immunization at Zhongshan District of Dalian City in 2004

Objective]To know and evaluate the rate of inocula ti on in Zhongshan district of Dalian in 2004.Methods]A compreh ensive analysis was carried out based on data related to EPI of 2002 to 2004.Th e analysis method is calculating the reported and estimated coverage rates of va rious vaccines.Results]In the whole district,the coverage r ates of OPV,DPT,MV,HBV is 99.9%,99.9%,99.5%,99.8% respectively in 2004,and t he estimated coverage rates of the four vaccines is 142.8%,135.1%,110.5%,141.2% respectively.This situation is caused by the huge disparity of new birth number between 2003 and 2004.Conclusion]When using the D va lue and the R value to estimate the immunization coverage,you may have to consi derthe amount of newborn and migrant children during the month in which immuniza tion process is operating.
