| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国全科医学发展现状、全科医学师资队伍现状的分析,强调了全科医学师资队伍在全科医学发展中的重要性,指出了我国全科医学师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并对师资队伍建设提出了建议。
