| 摘 要： | 本文分析西宁地区小儿重症肺炎199例；其中呼吸衰竭、心力衰竭占100％；脑功能衰竭170例，占85．42％；DIC59例，占29．64％；胃功能衰竭16例，占8．04％；肾功能衰竭2例。本文对高海拔地区小儿重症肺炎并多系统功能衰竭发生的病因、治疗、抢救进行初步探讨。

| Abstract: | In this paper 199 Cases of the children's severe pneumonia were studied. All of these Cases Complicated the respiratory and heart failure (100%), 170 Cases complicated the brain failure (85.42%), 59 Cases suffered from DIC (29.64%), 16 Cases suffered with the failure of the gastric function (18.04% )and 2 cases complicated renal failure. The cause and the freatment of the severe pneumonia with multi-organ failure in high altitude area were discussed |
