妊娠期尿糖阳性产妇妊娠结局的临床研究

目的探讨产妇孕期尿糖阳性对妊娠结局的影响。方法对139例孕期尿糖阳性产妇(阳性组)和212例尿糖阴性健康产妇(阴性组)进行对照,回顾性分析两组产妇的妊娠结局。结果尿糖阳性组糖尿病(GDM)的发生率为5.0%,巨大儿分娩率为15.3%,羊水异常率为26.6%,新生儿低血糖为5.8%,与阴性对照组的0、7.5%、15.6%、0.9%相比,有显著性差异,P<0.05或P<0.01;阳性组孕妇及胎婴儿患病率与尿糖阳性水平无关,P>0.05;尿糖阳性组患病产妇年龄与体重的分布与阳性组均数相比有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论尿糖阳性与妊娠期糖尿病、巨大儿、羊水异常、新生儿低血糖等围生期母儿疾病有密切联系,且与尿糖水平无关。当产妇年龄偏大,产前体重过高时更易导致上述疾病的发生。临床中应对产妇尿糖阳性给予足够重视。

The Clinical Study on Gravida Outcome of Positive of Urine-glucose of Pregnancy in Pregnant Period

OBJECTIVE To study the outcome of pregnancy influence on positive of urine-glucose sugar in pregnant period. METHODS There is a comparison in between 139 cases who were pregnant women of positive of urine-glucose(positive group) with 212 cases who were pregnant women of negative of urine-glucose(negative group),and had a reviewed analysis to outcome of pregnancy about the two groups. RESULTS In positive group of urine-glucose,the incidence was 5.0% of GDM,delivery rate was 15.3% of fetal macrosomian,abnormality of ammiotic fluid was 26.6%, hypoglycemia of infant was 5.8%. but in negative group, they were 0, 7.5%, 15.6%,0.9% respectively. There was significantly different between positive group with negative group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of pregnant women and infant was no effect on positive of urine-glucose, there was significantly different between maternal age with the distribution ofweight and average in positive group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Positive of urine-glucose had close relationship with GDM, fetal macrosomia, abnormality of amniotic fluid, hypoglycemia of infantbetween the gravidas and infant,had on any relationship with the level of urine-glucose. There was liable to the disease if pregnant women were overage or overweight,so pay high attention to it in clinic.
