肺纤通方治疗气阴两虚、肺络闭阻型特发性肺纤维化疗效观察

目的观察肺纤通方治疗特发性肺间质纤维化患者的临床疗效。方法将50例患者随机分为两组,治疗组予以肺纤通方治疗,对照组予以N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,观察两组患者临床、生理、X线(CRP)记分、中医单项症状疗效积分、肺功能、圣·乔治生活质量调查问卷以及6min步行实验。结果在CRP记分、中医单项症状(咳嗽、倦怠乏力、口干)疗效积分、肺功能中一氧化碳弥散量、圣·乔治生活质量调查问卷及6min步行实验方面,治疗组治疗改善情况优于对照组。结论肺纤通方治疗特发性肺间质纤维化患者,在改善临床症状、提高患者生活质量、增加活动耐力等方面均有显著疗效。

Clinical Observation of Feixiantong Decoction on Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis with Qiyinliangxu and Feiluobizu Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Feixiantong Decoction on patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods: 50 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with Feixiantong Decoction and the control groups with N-acetylcysteine.Some outcomes were observed in 2 groups including the CRP score,the TCM individual symptome integration,the lung function,the St.George life quality questionnaire and the 6-min walk test.Results: Compared with patients in the control group,patients in the treatment group had bigger improvement in terms of the CRP score,cumulative points of efficacy for individual Chinese medicine symptoms(cough,malaise and fatigue,drymouth),DLCO in lung function,St.George life quality questionnaire and the sixmin walk test.Conclusion: Feixiantong Decoction treatment in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has a significant effect in improving clinical symptoms,life qualities and increasing activity tolerance.
