| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性牙周疾病与冠心病之间的关联性。方法利用医学文献搜索引擎收集1996—2011年与此相关的病例对照研究和队列研究文献,应用Meta分析软件对数据进行定量分析。结果 5篇病例对照研究和3篇队列研究被纳入,病例对照研究合并的OR值为3.00,95%可信区间为1.41～6.38,队列研究合并的RR值为1.53,95%可信区间为1.21～1.90。结论慢性牙周病有增加冠心病的危险性。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To study the relationship between chronic periodontal disease(CPD) and coronary heart disease(CHD).[Methods]All related literatures of case-control study and cohort study published from 1996 to 2011 were collected via medical literature search engine,and the quantitative analysis was conducted by Meta-analysis software.[Results]5 case-control studies and 3 cohort studies were included.In case-control studies,the pooled OR was 3.00,and 95% CI ranged from 1.41 to 6.38.In cohort studies,the pooled RR was 1.53,and 95% CI ranged from 1.21 to 1.90.[Conclusion]CPD may increase the risk of CHD. |
