自拟通脬汤治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果

目的：探讨自拟通脬汤治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月～2014年1月本院收治的30例产后尿潴留患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规西医及中医物理疗法治疗，观察组给予自拟通脬汤疗法治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为100%，显著高于对照组的80%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论自拟通脬汤治疗产后尿潴具有显著的效果，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of self-made Tongpao decoction in the treatment of post-partum urinary retention

Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Tongpao decoction in the treatment of postpartum uri-nary retention. Methods 30 cases with postpartum urinary retention from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital was selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with con-ventional western medicine and traditional chinese medicine physical therapy treatment,the observation group was treated with self-made Tongpao decoction.The curative effect of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 80% of the control group,with statistical differ-ence（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Self-made Tongpao decoction in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention have favorable curative effects,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
