摘 要: | 目的:探讨无创肢体缺血预处理快速相与延迟相叠加对大鼠皮瓣缺血再灌注(IR)损伤的影响。方法选择200~300 g健康雄性SD大鼠48只,将其随机分成单纯IR组、快速相(EPC)组、延迟相(DPC)组、EPC与DPC叠加(EDPC)组,每组各12只。通过实验设计建立动物模型,观察对比各组皮瓣IR后血清LDH、MDA、GSH-Px、SOD变化情况以及皮瓣存活率。结果 EDPC组的MDA、LDH含量明显低于其他3组(P<0.05),而GSH-Px、SOD及皮瓣成活率明显高于其他3组(P<0.05)。结论无创肢体缺血预处理快速相与延迟相叠加对大鼠IR皮瓣具有保护作用且优于单一的快速相或延迟相的作用。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of early preconditioning (EPC) and delayed preconditioning (DPC) su-perposition of noninvasive limb ischemic preconditioning on ischemia-reperfusion (IR) injury of flap in rats. Methods 48 healthy and male SD rats of 200-300 g were selected and they were the simple IR group,the EPC group,the DPC group and the EPC and DPC superposition (EDPC) group,and there were 12 in each group.Animal model was estab-lished through the experimental design,the change of serum LDH,MDA,GSH-Px,SOD after IR of flap in each group and the survival rate of flap were observed and compared. observation of skin flap after IR LDH, serum MDA, GSH-Px, SOD and the changes of skin flap survival rate. Results MDA,LDH content in the EDPC group were significantly lower than those in the other 3 groups (P〈0.05),while GSH-Px,SOD and survival rate of flap were significantly higher than those in the other 3 groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion EPC and DPC superposition of noninvasive limb ischemic precondi-tioning has protective effect for IR flap of rats,and the effect was better than the single role EPC or DPC. |
