射频消融联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

目的：探讨射频消融联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月~2013年12月在本院进行治疗的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,在CT引导下,对突出的髓核进行核射频热凝消融治疗,然后向椎间盘内注射臭氧。根据改良的MacNab疗效评定标准和VAS评分法,在术后随访3个月,比较术后24h、1周,1个月、3个月的治疗总有效率和疼痛程度。结果术后1 d、1周、1个月、3个月的VAS评分值分别为（4.25±1.51）、（2.84±1.02）、（1.79±0.99）、（1.30±0.85）分,低于术前的（7.63±1.23）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；根据改良的MacNab疗效评定标准,术后3个月的总有效率为95.00%,无严重不良反应及并发症。结论射频消融联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effects observation of radiofrequency ablation combined with o-zone injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To explore the clinical effects of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 cases with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the research subjects.Under CT guidance,nuclear radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation treatment was conducted on the protruding nucleus pulposus and then ozone was injected in the intervertebral disc. According to the modified MacNab efficacy evaluation standard and VAS scoring method,the patients were fol-lowed up 3 months,and the total treatment effective rates and pain degrees 24 hours,one week,one month and three months after surgery were compared. Results The VAS score of 24 hours,one week,one month and three months after surgery was 4.25±1.51,2.84±1.02,1.79±0.99 and 1.30±0.85 respectively,which were lower than the preoperative （7.63±1.23） points,with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）.According to the modified MacNab efficacy evaluation stan-dard,the total effective rate 3 months after surgery was 95.00% and none had severe adverse reactions and complica-tions. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone injection is safe and effective in the treatment of lum-bar disc herniation,it is worthy of of clinical promotion and application.
