改良克氏针爱惜邦线张力带内固定治疗锁骨骨折的效果观察

目的：探讨改良克氏针爱惜邦线张力带内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月～2013年12月本科收治的锁骨单侧骨折患者112例为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用改良克氏针爱惜邦线张力带内固定治疗，对照组采用传统克氏针加钢丝内固定治疗，比较两组的临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果治疗组优良率达98.2%，明显高于对照组的87.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组并发症发生率为3.6%，明显低于对照组的16.1%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组住院时间、肩关节功能恢复时间及骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论改良克氏针爱惜邦线张力带内固定治疗锁骨骨折，有利于骨折愈合，且肩关节功能恢复快，疗效高，并发症少，在保证疗效的情况下为患者减轻了经济负担。

The efficacy observation of improved care Pradesh Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation in treatment of clavicular fracture

Objective To investigate the efficacy of improved care Pradesh Kirschner wire tension band internal fixa-tion in treatment of clavicular fracture. Methods 112 cases of patients with clavicular fracture treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group were taken with improved care Pradesh Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation,the control group were taken with traditional gram plus steel wire internal fixation treatment,the curative effect and complications were analyzed between the two groups. Results The excellent rate of the treatment group was 98.2%,higher than 87.5% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;The incidence of complications of treatment group was 3.6%, was lower than 16.1% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;The length of hospital stay,shoulder joint function recovery time and fracture healing time of treatment group was shorter than those of control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improved care Pradesh Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation in treatment of clavicular fracture is Conducive to fracture healing,quicker recovery of shoulder joint function,has high curative effect and less complications,can guarantee the curative effect and reduce the economic burden for patients.
