外用胰岛素配合脐带粉治疗糖尿病并发压疮的研究与应用

目的：探讨外用胰岛素配合脐带粉治疗糖尿病并发压疮的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的80例糖尿病并发压疮患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各40例，观察组采用外用胰岛素配合脐带粉治疗，对照组采用外用胰岛素治疗，比较两组的压疮愈合时间、临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的压疮愈合时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的治疗总有效率显著大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论外用胰岛素配合脐带粉治疗糖尿病并发压疮可缩短病程，提高临床治疗效果，促进患者康复。

Study and application of topical insulin and umbilical cord powder in the treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with bedsore

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of topical insulin and umbilical cord powder in the treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with bedsore. Methods 80 cases of diabetes mellitus combined with bedsore in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with topical insulin combined with umbilical cord powder,the control group was treated with topical insulin.Healing time of bedsore,clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction conditions of two groups were compared. Results The healing time of bedsore in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）,total effective rate of observation group was significantly greater than that of control group. with statistical difference （P〈0.05）,the incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups was no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Topical insulin combined and umbilical cord powder in the treatment of diabetic patients with bedsore can shorten the course of disease,improve the clinical treatment effect,promote the rehabilitation of patients.
