无偿献血的健康教育对住院患者家属认知的影响

目的：探讨无偿献血的健康教育对住院患者家属认知的影响。方法选取2012年7月～2013年8月的住院患者家属700例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各350例，对照组患者家属仅给予一般健康宣教，观察组患者家属给予有针对性的无偿献血健康教育，采用自制调查问卷，对两组患者家属无偿献血的认知情况进行对比和分析。结果健康教育后，观察组患者家属的输血及无偿献血知识认知率、相关政策认知率及有意愿献血率均明显高于对照组及健康教育前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对住院患者家属进行无偿献血的健康教育，可有效提高其对无偿献血及输血知识的认知，激发献血热情，值得临床推广应用。

The impact of health education about blood donation on awareness in family members of hospitalized patients

Objective To explore the impact of health education about blood donation on awareness in family members of hospitalized patients. Methods 700 family members of hospitalized patients from July 2012 to August 2013 as research subjects were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 350 cases.General health education was used in control group,targeted health education on blood donation was applied in observation group.Cognitive situation on blood donation of two groups was compared and analysed according to self-made questionnaire. Results After health education,awareness rate for blood donation and transfusion-related knowledge,the cognition rate of relevant policy,willingness to donate blood rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group and before health education respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education about blood donation applied in family members of hospitalized patients can effectively improve their awareness of voluntary blood donation and transfusion of knowledge,stimulate blood donation enthusiasm,is worthy of promotion and application.
