充血性心力衰竭患者心肌纤维化变化的研究

目的：研究充血性心力衰竭患者心肌纤维化的变化情况。方法选取2012年3月～2014年1月本院收治的60例充血性心力衰竭患者为观察组，并以同期的60名健康体检人员为对照组，比较两组的血清心肌纤维化指标，并比较观察组中不同心功能NYHA分级心力衰竭患者的心肌纤维化指标水平。结果观察组的血清心肌纤维化指标血清Ⅲ型前胶原肽（PⅢP）、Ⅳ型胶原（CⅣ）及Ⅲ型前胶原（PCⅢ），其他纤维化相关指标为基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、透明质酸（HA）及层粘连蛋白（LN）]水平均明显高于对照组，且观察组中高NYHA分级患者的上述指标水平高于低NYHA分级患者（P＜0.05）。结论充血性心力衰竭患者心肌纤维化指标的变化较大，呈现较高的表达状态，且受心功能分级影响较大。

Study on the change of myocardial fibrosis of patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To study the change situation of myocardial fibrosis of patients with congestive heart failure. Methods 60 patients with congestive heart failure in our hospital from March 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the observation group,60 persons with healthy examination at the same period were selected as the control group,then the level of serum myocardial fibrosis indexes of the two groups were compared,and the level of myocardial fibrosis in-dex in the observation group with different grade of NYHA classification were compared. Results The serum myocardial fibrosis indexes （PⅢP,CⅣ,PCⅢ,MMP-9,HA,LN）of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the con-trol group,and the level of above-mentioned indexes of the observation group with higher NYHA classification were all higher than those of patients with lower NYHA classification （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The change of myocardial fibrosis indexes showing high expression of patients with congestive heart failure are greater,and the influence of cardiac func-tional grade for those indexes are great.
