盐酸丁卡因湿敷减轻拔甲伤口换药疼痛的研究

摘    要:目的]观察换药前用1%盐酸丁卡因湿敷拔甲伤口减轻病人换药疼痛的效果.方法]选取门诊接受换药的拔甲病人60例,采用随机排列表法分为两组,换药前观察组给予1%盐酸丁卡因湿敷伤口3 min,对照组给2%盐酸利多卡因湿敷伤口3 min,然后常规换药,比较两组换药时疼痛程度.结果]观察组换药时疼痛分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.76,P<0.01).结论]用1%盐酸丁卡因湿敷拔甲伤口能有效减轻换药疼痛.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of wet compress with 1% tetracaine chloride for wound change of dressing to relieve pain of patients after undergoing nail extracting.Methods:A total of 60 patients undergoing extracting finger nail and change of dressing in outpatient clinic were selected and divided into two groups by adopting randomized arrangement table.Patients of test group were given 1% tetracaine chloride wet compress for three minutes on wound before change of dressing after undergoing nail extracting.Patients of control group were given wet compress with 2% lidocaine for three minutes on wound and then routine change of dressing were carried out.At last,the pain scoring during change of dressing between the two group cases was compared with each other.Results:During changing dressing,the pain scoring of test group patients was lower than that of control group cases.There was statistical significant difference between them(t=7.76,P<0.01).Conclusion:Wet compress with 1% tetracaine chloride for patients' wound after undergoing nail extracting can effectively relieve their pain of changing dressing.
