摘    要:目的 建立一种腰椎间盘缓慢退变的羊动物模型。方法 取16只山羊随机分成A、B、C、D共4组(每组4只),前3组分别采用不同直径穿刺针(16G、18G、27G)针刺的方法损伤腰椎间盘左前外侧纤维环,D组仅暴露椎间盘未损伤。分别于术前及术后3、6、12、24周对山羊腰椎间盘行放射学和组织学观察。结果 C、D组椎间盘无明显改变;A、B组观察到缓慢、可靠的椎间盘退行性变化。结论 本方法可以建立一种较理想的椎间盘缓慢退变的羊动物模型。

Abstract:Objective To establish an intervertebral disc degenerative model in goat. Methods Sixteen goats were evenly divided into four groups in random. In groups A, B, and C, puncture needles with 16 G, 18 G, or 27 G were used to induce injuries to the left anterolateral anulus fibrosus of the experimental animals respectively. In group D, the dics were exposed operatively but not injured. Radiological examination and histological study were performed both before and 3, 6, 12 and 24 weeks after the experiment. Results No significant changes were found in groups C and D. Slow and progressive intervertebral disc degeneration was found in groups A and B. Conclusion A relatively ideal goat slow-moving intervertebral disc degenerative model can be made by the method used in this study.
