自拟糖痛方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

目的观察自拟糖痛方足部熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的140例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组（70例）与对照组（70例）,在糖尿病常规治疗基础上,治疗组70例,自拟糖痛方足部熏洗日一次;对照组70例,给予甲钴胺500μg,口服,3次.d-1。两组均以1个月为1个疗程。疗程结束后对患者的临床疗效、中医症状积分及正中神经和腓总神经运动传导速度和感觉传导速度进行观察比较。结果有效率：治疗组87.1%,对照组61.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。中医症状积分：两组均有改善,治疗组和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。正中神经和腓总神经运动传导速度和感觉传导速度：两组均有改善,治疗组和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论自拟中药糖痛方足部熏洗治疗DPN效果显著,无不良反应。

Clinical Research of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy Treated with the Self-Prepared Tang Tong Fang

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN)treated with the foot fumigation and bathing therapy with the self-prepared tang tong fang.Methods 140 cases of DPN in compliance with the diagnostic standards were randomized into a treatment group(70 cases)and a control group(70 cases).On the basis of the conventional treatment for diabetes,70 cases in the treatment group were treated with the foot fumigation and bathing therapy with the self-prepared tang tong fang,once a day.In the control group(70 cases),mecobalamine 500μg was prescribed for oral administration,three times a day.The treatment of 1 month made 1 session in both groups.At the end of treatment session,the clinical efficacy,Chinese medicine symptom scores,the motor conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve were observed and compared.Results The effective rate was 87.1% in the treatment group and was 61.4% in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Chinese medicine symptom scores were all improved in two groups and the difference was significant in comparison between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The motor conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve were all improved in two groups and the difference was significant in comparison between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-prepared tang tong fang achieves the significant efficacy on DPN and has no adverse reactions.
