| 摘 要： | 目的 测定菊苣药材中有效成分的含量.方法 采用HPLC法.结果 秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素、山莴苣苦素、羽扇豆醇的回收率分别为102.01%、102.99%、102.86%、101.06%,RSD分别为2.84%、2.60%、1.12%、2.47%,其回归方程的相关系数分别为0.9995、0.9998、0.9996、0.9992.结论 所用方法准确、快速、简便、重复性好,可用于菊苣有效成分的含量测定.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of target components in Cichorium intybus.METHODS HPLC was adopted.RESULTS The recovery rates of aesculin,aesculetin,lupeol and lactucopicin were 102.01%,102.99%,102.86%,101.06% with the RSD of 2.84%,2.60%,1.12% and 2.47%,respectively.Correlation coefficients of the 4 components' regression equation were 0.9995,0.9998,0.9996 and 0.9992,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is accurate,simple,reproducible,and can be utilized to determine the contents of C.intybus. |
