摘    要:目的优选益心脑复方最佳提取工艺条件。方法采用正交试验设计,以黄芪甲苷、三七总皂苷、羟基红花黄色素A、栀子苷的含量及浸膏得率为评价指标,以多指标综合评分法优选最佳提取工艺。结果益心脑复方最佳提取工艺为50%乙醇浸渍12 h,12倍量进行渗漉,渗漉流速为5 mL/min。结论优选的提取工艺科学、合理。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction procedure of Yixinnao formula. Methods Orthogonal design was adopted for conducting the multiple guidelines evaluation and selecting the optimum of extraction technics with astragaloside IV, PNS, HSYA, geniposide and the yield of extracts as the detective marker. Results The optimal extraction technology was by 50% alcohol soaking for 12 h, then starting to percolate with 12 times volume at the speed of 5 mL/min. Conclusion The optimized extraction condition is reasonable and scientific.
