| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨免疫球蛋白对肾移植术后巨细胞病毒(CMV)肺炎患者肾功能的影响,观察其临床疗效.方法 分析我院.肾移植术后CMV肺炎患者在综合治疗措施基础上联合免疫球蛋白治疗的临床试验资料,未用免疫球蛋白治疗的患者作为对照组,观察两组治疗前后肾功能变化情况,比较两组临床有效率.结果 肾移植术后CMV肺炎患者联合免疫球蛋白治疗临床总有效率91.4%,显著高于对照组(77.1%),免疫球蛋白治疗后血清IgG水平显著增高,尿素、肌酐及24h尿量无显著改变.结论 肾移植术后CMV肺炎患者联合免疫球蛋白治疗对患者肾功能无显著影响,能显著提高临床疗效.免疫球蛋白是一种安全的CMV肺炎治疗药物.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of immunoglobin treatment on kidney function and therapeutic role in cytomegalovirus (CMV) pneumonia after kidney transplantation.Methods Patients of CMV pneumonia after kidney transplantation were treated with immunoglobin.The clinical effective rates and the kidney function including the serum BUN, Cr and urine were analyzed.Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 91.4% and 77.1% respectively.The level of serum BUN, Cr and urine did not change in two groups.Conclusion The immunoglobin treatment was effective and safe for CMV pneumonia after kidney transplantation. |
