| 摘 要： | 目的：评价腰椎间盘突出症合并马尾神经综合症的治疗方案。方法：57例患者，其中13例马尾神经症状出现缓慢，44例为急性马尾神经功能障碍。48例病人在CES出现后48h内手术，其中37例为24h内手术。所有病人经过9个月～8年随访，平均3．5年。结果：按照疗效评定标准进行评价，优19例，良25例，可7例，差6例。结论：无论急性、慢性腰椎间盘突出症伴马尾神经损伤者，一旦诊断明确，皆需尽早手术治疗，解除压迫。
