脑梗灵颗粒治疗脑梗死临床与实验研究

目的:观察脑梗灵颗粒治疗脑梗死的临床疗效和实验动物模特型的效果。方法:临床共观察病人328例,随机分成脑梗灵颗粒治疗组197例、脑血栓片对照组131例,观察症状疗效和治疗前后的实验室检查结果比较,并进行动物实验研究。结果:治疗组和对照组对改善临床症候均有一定的疗效(P ≤0.05),其中在头晕、头痛、偏瘫、肢体麻木、言语蹇涩方面治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05),而在记忆力减退、思维障碍、反应迟钝方面,治疗组虽优于对照组,但无显著性差异(P ≥0.05)。脑梗灵颗粒低、中浓度组与阿司匹林一样可延长小白鼠的凝血时间,增加脑的血供及能量,减少小白鼠脑缺血的死亡率,减轻脑梗死率中的症状及缩小梗阻死面积及体积,与尼莫地平一样有增加双侧脑血流量的作用,对中、老年小鼠避暗潜伏期、跳台电击潜伏期、跳下潜伏期、酒精及东莨菪碱所致的遗忘模型有改善作用,有抗血小板聚集的作用。结论:脑梗灵颗粒治疗脑梗死有良好疗效,对缺血再灌流脑组织有保护作用,能缩小梗死面积,促进脑功能的恢复。
