摘    要:【目的]应用近红外光谱技术建立复方丹参片中水分定量快速测定的检测方法。【方法】通过对复方丹参片的近红外光谱应用OPUS软件进行分析处理,建立水分定量测定模型,验证样品的数据基本符合。【结果】该方法能准确、快速测定复方丹参片的水分,相对误差为2.23%。【结论】该方法简便,快速,准确,重现性好,且不破坏样品,能应用于药品生产、检验工作中对药品中水分的快速检测。

Abstract:Objective] To establish a method for quick determination of water content in Fufang Danshen tablets by near infrared reflectance (NIR) spectroscopy. Methods] Fufang Danshen tablets was used as test samples, and the confirmation sample was similar. Results] It was a quick and accurate analysis method for determination of the water contents in Fufang Danshen tablets. The relative error was 2.23%. Conclusion] The established method is a rapid and simple one with good accuracy and reproducibility for quick determination of water content, and it is also a non-destructive assay. The method can be used in drug production and inspection for quick determination of water content in Fufang Danshen tablets.
