| 摘 要： | 目的研究非亲缘脐血干细胞移植（U-CBSCT）治疗重型再生障碍性贫血（SAA）的护理特点。方法对10例SAA（包括2例AA-PNH）综合征患者实施U-CBSCT,采取骨髓空虚期护理、脐血输注、移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）护理等措施。结果经过全面细心的护理,10例患者中8例造血重建,6例无病生存超过24个月。结论优质、耐心和细致的全身心护理是U-CBSCT治疗SAA成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore nursing characteristics of unrelated cord blood stem cell transplantation（U-CBSCT） in treatment of severe aplastic anemia（SAA）.Methods Ten cases of SAA（including two cases of AA-PNH） patients were performered U-CBSCT.All patients underwent psychological care,empty stage of bone marrow,and cord blood transfusion,graft-versus-host disease（GVHD） nursing.Results After fully attentive nursing,eight cases achieved hematopoietic reconstruction,six cases achieved disease-free survival over 24 months.Conclusion Hight-quality,patient and meticulous nursing is the key to successful treatment of U-CBSCT for SAA patients. |
