| 摘 要： | 山羊蹄角碱水解提取物对小白鼠肠蠕动、离体豚鼠回肠有抑制作用。对离体兔十二指肠平滑肌有兴奋作用,并不被适量阿托品所阻断。对离体兔主动脉条无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Extract of goat's hoofnail hydrolyzod byalkali had ao inhibitory effect on intestinal peristalsis of mouse and isolated iloum of guinoa pig.However, the extract stimulated isolated duodenal smooth muscle of rabbits and the stimulating effect could not be overcome by appropriate amount of atropine.It had no significant effect on strip of isolated aorta of rabbits. |
