急性心肌梗塞合并QRS波低电压的预后评价

目的：分析评价急性心肌梗塞合并QRS波低电压患者的预后。方法：选择25例急性心肌梗塞合并QRS波低电压患者与其他随机选取的25例无合并QRS波低电压患者进行对比分析。结果：急性心肌梗塞合并QRS波低电压患者的并发症、死亡率高于对照组。结论：急性心肌梗塞合并QRS波低电压可以作为急性心肌梗塞预后的重要指标之一，早识别，早治疗，从而预防并发症的发生．减少死亡率。

Prognosis Evaluation on Acute Myocardial Infarction Combined with Low Voltage of QRS

Objective： To analyze and evaluate the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction combined with low voltage of QRS. Method： The prognosis of 25 cases with the combination of acute myocardial infarction and low voltage of QRS and 25 cases with simple acute myocardial infarction were compared and analyzed. Result： Patients with the combination of acute myocardial infarc- tion and low voltage of QRS have higher rates of comlications and mortality than control group. Conclusion： Acute myocardial infarction combined with low voltage of QRS can be used as an important index for the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction. Patients should receive early treatment so as to prevent the complications and reduce the mortality rate.
