| 摘 要： | 目的：构建PICC护理质量评价指标体系,科学评价PICC护理服务质量。方法：拟定医院PICC护理质量评价指标体系,应用德尔菲法对16名专家进行咨询。结果 ：通过两轮专家咨询,最终确定医院PICC护理质量评价指标体系,包括一级指标3项（要素质量、环节质量、终末质量）,二级指标10项,三级指标45项。结论：应用德尔菲法构建医院PICC护理质量评价指标体系,专家意见的集中程度和对项目评价结果的一致程度均较高,研究结果可信度高,能够为各级质量管理部门科学、合理地评价医院PICC护理工作提供有效的方法和依据。

| Abstract: | Objective：To construct a hospital PICC nursing quality evaluation index system and to evaluate PICC nursing care quality scientifically.Methods：We made an initial draft of hospital PICC nursing quality evaluation index system and consulted 16 experts by Delphi method.Results：This index system was determined after two rounds of experts’ consultation.The index system included 3 first-class indexes（structure quality,process quality,and outcome quality）,10 second-class indexes and45 third-class indexes.Conclusion：The concentration and consensus degree of experts’ views is high.It shows that the credibility of consulting results is also high.This index system could provide a scientific,reasonable and effective evaluation method for hospital PICC nursing quality. |
