精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

摘    要:目的:构建精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行两轮函询。结果:专家的权威系数、意见集中程度和协调程度均较高;最终确立的指标体系包括7项一级指标,34项二级指标。结论:精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的研究结果可靠性高,可为精神科专科护士的培养提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective:To construct core competency evaluation index system for psychiatric nursing specialists. Methods:The Delphi method was used to consult 18 experts on core competence indicators of psychiatric nursing specialists by mailing them two rounds. Results:The expert authority coefifcient and the degree of experts' opinion concentration and coordination were very high. Eventually we established the index system including 7 ifrst level indicators and 34 second level indicators. Conclusion:Core competence evaluation index system for the psychiatric nursing specialists is reliable and valid and could help to provide reference for psychiatric nursing specialists training.
