| 摘 要： | 目的：构建精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法：采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行两轮函询。结果：专家的权威系数、意见集中程度和协调程度均较高；最终确立的指标体系包括7项一级指标，34项二级指标。结论：精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的研究结果可靠性高，可为精神科专科护士的培养提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective：To construct core competency evaluation index system for psychiatric nursing specialists. Methods：The Delphi method was used to consult 18 experts on core competence indicators of psychiatric nursing specialists by mailing them two rounds. Results：The expert authority coefifcient and the degree of experts＇ opinion concentration and coordination were very high. Eventually we established the index system including 7 ifrst level indicators and 34 second level indicators. Conclusion：Core competence evaluation index system for the psychiatric nursing specialists is reliable and valid and could help to provide reference for psychiatric nursing specialists training. |
