摘    要:目的:通过规范物流运送的管理办法,降低气动物流运送等待时间,充分发挥气动物流优点,提高医院整体工作效率。方法:开展以“降低气动物流运送等待时间”为主题的跨科室品管圈活动,采用现状调查方法对运送量相对较多的9个站点的物流运送等待时间进行了调查研究,通过分析研究制定相应的对策并在全院组织实施,比较开展品管圈活动前后物流运送平均等待时间。结果:物流运送等待时间从原来的平均7.44min下降到平均4.78min,明显提高了整体工作效率。结论:跨科室品管圈活动在降低气动物流运送等待时间中效果显著,有效地提高了工作效率,也充分提高了团队协作能力。

The practice of Quality Control Circle in reducing waiting time of pneumatic tube transport

Abstract:Objectives:To reduce the waiting time of pneumatic tube transport by standardizing the managerial approach of pneumatic tube transport systems, to bring the advantage of pneumatic tube transport into full play, and to promote overall hospital working efifciency. Methods:We carried out the activities of Quality Control Circle with the theme of"reducing waiting time of the cross department pneumatic tube transport". We investigated the waiting time in nine busy sites, formulated the countermeasures, put it into practice, and then compared the average waiting time before and after the activites. Results:The waiting time of pneumatic tube transport decreased from 7.44 minutes to 4.78 minutes and this obviously improved overall working efifciency. Conclusion:The activity of cross department Quality Control Circle in different departments could reduce waiting time of pneumatic tube transport and improve the working efifciency and team working ability.
