院校合作培养伤口造口专科方向护生的实践

目的：探讨和实践院校合作培养伤口造口专科方向护生方法。方法：根据伤口造口专科护士需要具备的专科理论知识和操作技能要求，对我院和怀化医学高等专科学校2009和2010年联合培养两届辅修伤口造口专科护理112名学员，分别进行为期10个月的专科理论培训、技能操作培训、临床实践培训。结果：培训学员的专科理论知识和操作技巧得到有效的提高，病人满意度为100％。结论：院校合作伤口造口专科方向护生的培训提高了护生的伤口造口理论水平和操作能力，对伤口造口专科方向护生的培养有一定的指导意义和借鉴作用。

The practice of hospital-school joint program for primary ostomy wound nurses training

Objective： To practice and explore the method of hospital-school joint program for primary ostomy wound nurses training. Methods： according to the knowledge and skills requirement of primary stoma and wound nurses, Hunan Provincial Tumor Hospital together with Huaihua Medical College trained 112 nursing students in 2009 and 2010. They were provided a 10- month primary ostomy wound nursing program including ostomy wound nursing knowledge and skills. Results：The knowledge and ability of ostomy wound nursing of nursing students were increased after the training program. Patient satisfaction rate was 100%. Conclusions： The hospital-school joint training program is good for improving nursing students＇ knowledge and ability of ostomy wound nursing. This method can be used as a reference to train more primary ostomy wound nurses.
