宫颈癌患者疾病不确定感与应对方式和社会支持的相关性研究

目的：探讨宫颈癌患者疾病不确定感与社会支持和应对方式的相关性。方法：采用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感量表（MUIS—A）、社会支持量表（SSRS）和医学应对问卷（MCMQ）对160例宫颈癌患者进行问卷调查。结果：宫颈癌患者疾病不确定感程度水平属于中等程度，疾病不确定感与社会支持呈负相关（P〈0．01）、与应对方式屈服维度呈正相关（P〈0．01），与回避及面对维度呈负相关（P〈0．05）。结论：宫颈癌患者疾病不确定感与社会支持和应对方式具有相关性，应提高患者对社会支持资源的利用，指导患者采取积极的应对方式以降低疾病不确定感，改善和提高患者的生存质量。

The relationship between uncertainty in illness,social supportand coping style among cervical cancer patients

Objectives： To explore the relationship between uncertainty in illness, social support and coping style among cervical cancer patients. Methods： AbQut 160 cervical cancer patients were investigated by demographic questionnaire, Mishel＇s Uncertainty in Illness Scale-Adult （MUIS-A）, Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and Medical Coping Modes Questionaire （MCMQ）. Results： The mean score of uncertainty in illness among cervical cancer patients was in moderate level. Uncertainty in illness had negative correlation with perceived social support and avoidance dimension of coping styles （P〈0.01/0.05）, and had positive correlation with ,approach to yield dimension of coping style （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： There are significant correlation between uncertainty in illness, social support and coping style. We should improve the patients＇ utilization for social support resources, guide the patients to adopt effective coping styles to decrease their uncertainty in illness, and improve their quality of life.
