中医护理质量评价指标体系的构建

目的：建立科学、系统的中医护理质量评价指标体系。方法 ：运用文献分析法初拟评价指标架构;采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,选取19名中医护理专家对条目进行修改和筛选,并将结果进行统计处理。结果 ：2轮函询后专家对各指标的意见趋于一致,最终形成以＂要素质量、环节质量和终末质量＂为理论基础的中医护理质量评价指标体系,其中一级指标7项,二级指标14项,三级指标35项。结论：该指标体系的构建具有科学性及可信性,可以作为中医护理质量控制工作参考,但是仍需要后续的实证研究进一步验证。

Construction of quality evaluation system for traditional Chinese nursing

Objective：To formulate a quality evaluation system for traditional Chinese nursing.Methods：The preliminary index system was established through literature review.Two rounds of Delphi method were conducted by email.A total of 19experts drawn from the fields of traditional Chinese nursing were consulted.All data were collected and statistically treated.Results：After two rounds of consultations,quality index evaluation system of traditional Chinese nursing was established.It covered Structure,Process,Outcome domains,including 7 first class indexes,14 secondary indexes and 35 third indexes.Conclusion：The evaluation system is scientific and reliable,which could be used to promote the quality of the traditional Chinese nursing.More empirical studies are needed to be done to verify the index system.
