SHE排班法在急诊科护士排班中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨SHE排班法在急诊科护士排班改革中的应用效果。方法:以层级制护理小组排班模式为基础,6组倒班,每组4人。将护士根据职能分为预检分诊组,I、Ⅱ类病人救护组,Ⅲ、Ⅳ类病人救护组,总务组。实行白天6人“弹”班,晚上7人“备”班,明确各班岗位职责,赋予晚夜间责任组长调配权限。结果:按照SHE排班法进行人力资源调配,护士能够迅速到位,职责明确,急诊病人的急诊就诊时间缩短,抢救成功率、医生对护士抢救配合满意度、护士对排班调配模式的满意度较前有所提高。结论:SHE排班法可有效应用于急诊护士排班。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the application of "SHE" (Shortcut; Hommization; Elasticity) schedule arrangement methods for nurses in the emergency department. Methods: On the basis of hierarchy nursing group schedule arrangement methods, all nurses were divided into 6 groups, each group had 4 nurses. According to the nursing function, nurses were classified into three types: pre-examination and triage group, rescue group of I and Ⅱ types patients; rescue group of Ⅲ and Ⅳ types patients, and general affairs group. Six nurses worked elastically in day shift; seven nurses worked in night shift. The responsibility of each nursing position was clearly defined, and night shift group leader was endowed with the authority of human resources arrangement. Results: Patients visiting time, the successful rescue rate, the doctors' satisfaction with the cooperation of nurses, and the nurses' satisfaction with schedule arrangement methods were improved significantly during 2012 compared with 2011. Conclusion: "SHE" schedule arrangement methods can be effectively applied in the emergency nursing l~uman resources arrangement.
