| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨皮层下的肿瘤术中应用B超检查的价值。方法 在21例位于皮层下的肿瘤手术中，使用B超在硬脑膜外扫描脑组织以探测肿瘤位置，借助B超扫描结果，选择合理的皮层切口并行肿瘤切除。结果 21例均行肿瘤全切除，19例术后无神经功能障碍。结论 术中应用B超探查皮层下肿瘤，可对手术起重要指导作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of intraoperative ultrasonography(IOUS)for the treatment of subcortical tumor operation.Methods During 21 cases' subcortical tumor operation,IOUS was performed to scan cerebral tissue out of dural in order to detect the oposition of tumor.Suitable cortical incision was chosen and removal of tumor was carried out with assistance of IOUS.Results Total removal of tumor was performed in 21 cases.No neurodysfunction was found in 19 cases.Conclusion It was important for IOUS detecting the oposition of subcortical tumor to direct operation. |
