| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨食管多原发癌的临床特点及预后情况,以提高对其认识及治疗水平。方法 对1985～2000年间收治的45例食管多原发癌病例进行回顾性分析。结果 本组病例占同期食管癌例数的1.4％。1,3,5年生存率分别为42.2％、20.0％和6.7％。治疗失败原因以局部复发为主。结论 食管多原发癌的治疗和预后与一段食管癌无明显差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To elucidate the clinical features and prognosis of multiple primary esophageal carcinoma to make improvement of diagnosis and treatment. Method A total of 45 patients with mutiple primary esophageal carcinoma admitted from 1985 to 2000 were analysed retrospectively. Result These cases accounted for 1.4% of all the esophageal cancer patients in the same period. Their median age was 58 years. The 1,3,5-year survival rates were 42.2% ,20.0% and 6.7% , respectively. The main cause of failure of radiotherapy was local recurrence. Conclusion The treatment and prognosis had no significant difference between multiple and single esophageal carcinomas. |
