| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨远志提取物对小鼠脑内多巴胺含量的影响.方法:40只小鼠,随机分为空白对照组,阳性对照组,低剂量组,高剂量组,采用远志提取物进行灌胃,采用荧光分析法测定小鼠脑内多巴胺的含量.结果:远志提取物能够降低小鼠脑内多巴胺的含量,给药组与空白对照组相比有显著差异(P＜0.05),与阳性对照组相比无明显差异(P＞0.05)...
