严重烧伤患者中心静脉导管感染的相关因素分析及其预防

目的探讨并分析严重烧伤患者中心静脉导管感染的相关因素及其预防措施。方法对480例中心静脉置管患者进行监测,包括置管部位、导管留置时间、置管部位皮肤、导管的细菌培养结果等。结果引起严重烧伤患者中心静脉置管相关感染的病原菌中,主要为铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌;中心静脉置管感染与导管留置时间、置管部位皮肤、置管部位等因素有关。结论对患者进行中心静脉置管时,需保持置管环境的洁净,严格遵守无菌原则,提高操作人员的操作技能,缩短置管留置时间,以预防中心静脉导管感染。

Analysis of Factors Associated to Central Venous Catheter-Related Infection and the Preventive Strategy in Severely Burned Patients

Objective To investigate the factors associated with central venous catheter-related infection and the preventive strategy of severely burned patients.Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 480 severely burned patients,and the catheter position and retention time as well as the bacterial culture results of the skin in the catheter position and the catheter were analyzed.Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus were the predominant pathogens causing central venous catheter-related infection in the severely burned patients.The occurrence of infection was related to the catheter retention time,catheter position and the local skin conditions.Conclusion During the placement of the central venous catheter,the environment must be clean and the sterilization principle must be strictly observed.Improving the skills of the operator and reducing the catheter retention time may help prevent central venous catheter-related infection in severely burned patients.
