| 摘 要： | 目的：了解依那普利，硝苯地平缓释片，吲达帕胺对高血压左心室构型的影响，方法：应用超声心动图测定上述药物治疗前后左心室的构型变化，结果，依那普利并硝苯地平组对高血压左心室构型的逆转效果较好，结论，各种左心室构型在该疾病治疗中可能相互转化，而向心性重构是防止心脏损害加重的关键阶段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Enalapril,Nifedipine delayedreleased tablet and Indapamide on the pattern's of left ventricle(PLV) in essential hypertension(EH)Methods:The PLV in the patients of EH were surveied by 2dimensional Echocardiography before and after the treatmentResults:The group of patients taking Enalapril and Nifedipine delayedrelease tablet had more effect on regressing PLV in EHConclusion:Each stage of PLV may transform to the other during the treatment,and concentric remodeling is the key stage in preventing the damage of the heart from deteriorating |
