摘    要:文章介绍同济大学附属医院依托学位点建设来推进医院学科建设10多年实践,肯定了学位点建设与医院学科建设联动发展是一个好模式,表现为在学位点发展的同时,医院的重点学科和重点学科群流动发展、人才结构改善与领军人才涌现、科技业绩提升与科技平台建设完成,医院综合竞争力得到明显提升.

Conjugate development of disciplines in a university hospital and degree programs in a university

Abstract:This paper describes the 10-year experience of discipline development at a umverslty hospital, based on the corresponding degree program in the university.. When degree programs were constructed and developed,, key disciplines and key discipline groups grew, personnel structure was improved, leading talents emerged, achievements were made, and the scientific and technological plat form was formed.. As a result, the overall competitiveness of hospital was improved significantly.
